Product Description
3-tert-Butyl-4-methoxyphenol is an alkyl/ethe-like PROTAC (PROteolysis TArgeting Chimera) linker with insecticidal activity. 3-tert-Butyl-4-methoxyphenol also induced an increase in the activities of glutathione (GSH) S-transferase and epoxide hydrolase in the liver and forestomach tissues of A/HeJ mice, regulating the carcinogen metabolism system.
TBMP (3-tert-Butyl-4-methoxyphenol, butylated hydroxyanisole) is a PROTAC linker belonging to the alkyl/ether class with insecticidal activity. It is also an inhibitor of the viral envelope protein hemagglutinin (HA)-mediated entry. TBMP exhibits significant antioxidant activity as a DPPH radical scavenger with an IC50 of 9.3 μg/mL.

What is the mass of compound required to make a 10 mM stock solution in 5 ml of DMSO given that the molecular weight of the compound is 350.26 g/mol?
  • Enter 350.26 in the Molecular Weight (MW) box
  • Enter 10 in the Concentration box and choose the correct unit (mM)
  • Enter 5 in the Volume box and choose the correct unit (mL)
  • Click the “Calculate” button
  • The answer of 17.513 mg appears in the Mass box. In a similar way, you may calculate the volume and concentration.
