Screening Library

Screening Library

Screening libraries are a collection of different bioactive compounds that are Ready-to-use. Screening libraries are usually employed in drug discovery, laboratory drug screening, drug target identification, and other pharmaceutically related fields. Both high-content screening (HCS) and high-throughput screening (HTS) can utilize screening libraries for drug discovery or other purposes. More than 10, 000 small molecules with verified pharmacological and biological activities are included in the libraries. It is also demonstrated that the compounds in the libraries are stable, pure, and soluble. In addition, a large portion of the compounds have been approved by the US FDA and/or have been shown to be safe and effective in preclinical and clinical research as well as in the literature.

The screening library consist of small molecule agonists, antagonists, and inhibitors. These compounds target hundreds of proteins/receptors that are associated with over 20 different signaling pathways or research areas, such as angiogenesis, immunology/inflammation, endocrinology and hormones, cell cycle/checkpoint, cancer biology, metabolism, stem cells, JAK/STAT signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, GPCR/G protein, etc.

Moreover, you can customize your library by selecting the compounds, sizes, quantities, format (powder or solution), and plate map that you want in our personalized bioactive screening libraries.
